Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in a part-time role to manage a small store team and deliver essential services to the community. You will lead day-to-day store operations, supervise shifts, and ensure great customer service on the shop floor and at tills.

You'll drive merchandising, stock accuracy, and local community engagement, while championing Co-op membership and flexible, weekend-ready availability. Salary £14.48 per hour, 20 hours per week with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18+ to authorise age-related sales.
• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy and HR processes.
