Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small store team and ensure excellent service for our customers. The role involves leading shifts, supporting daily operations, and helping drive merchandising and stock accuracy while delivering community-focused services.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to coach and motivate a small team.
• Experience in retail operations or store management (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the shift.
• Motivate, coach and support the team to deliver great service.
• Work hands-on on shop floor and tills, setting pace for a team of colleagues.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy and HR processes.
