Card Factory is seeking a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to energize and support our store teams across the UK. You’ll back the Store Manager, motivate colleagues, and ensure every customer leaves with what they came for and a smile.

As a Team Leader you’ll drive daily store operations, model excellent service, and help the team grow. You’ll foster a positive, inclusive culture, spot opportunities to improve performance, and keep communication flowing to keep the store thriving.
