Co-op Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Customer Team Leader to oversee daily store operations in a part-time role. You will lead the team on shifts, coach colleagues, and actively participate on the shop floor and in the in-store bakery to ensure great service and efficient operations.

Role requires flexibility, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings and at least one weekend shift. Benefits include 30% colleague discount, pension contributions, and access to pay on demand.

• Leadership and people-management skills
• Ability to work flexibly and lead by example
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or team management welcomed but not essential

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations
• Work hands-on on the shop floor, tills and in-store bakery to support daily operations
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy and HR processes
• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth
