Job summary

Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Salisbury to oversee daily store operations, manage a small team, and drive member engagement. You will be on the shop floor, support post office duties, and ensure smooth service across varied shifts, including weekends.

The role requires flexible, hands-on leadership with a focus on delivering great customer experience and community involvement. 24 hours weekly with overtime, permanent part-time contract.

• Proven ability to deliver great service and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, handling transactions on the post office counter, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth.
