Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage daily store operations in Stanley, Wakefield. You will lead a shift, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service on the shop floor and tills.

The role supports merchandising, stock accuracy and HR processes while driving membership engagement and community involvement. This part-time, permanent position requires flexible availability, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to varied shifts and weekend requirements.
• Retail or customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store on your shift.
• Motivate, coach and support your team to deliver great service.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills to maintain pace and service quality.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy and HR processes.
