Job summary

CO-OP is seeking a Customer Team Member to join a friendly store team in the community. You’ll deliver warm, helpful service on the shop floor and tills, with duties across bakery or post office as needed.

You'll keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy, and promote Co-op Membership. The role is part-time (12 hours per week) with regular overtime and full training, plus benefits including a 30% staff discount and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).
