Hobbycraft is seeking a proactive Team Leader in Oxford to support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead by example. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales and maintain brand standards, while running the store in the manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading teams in a retail environment is preferred.
• Duty Management experience is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive outstanding customer service and commercial awareness.
• Act as brand ambassador and implement store plan for daily trade.
• Co‑ordinate deliveries, stock handling and Click & Collect processes.
• Support Store Manager in day-to-day store management and in their absence.
• Build a high performing team through recruitment, induction and training.
