Job summary

James-Hall- is seeking a part-time Store Supervisor to help manage our UK stores. You will lead a team, support daily operations, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining health and safety standards.

You will cover shifts and assist the Store Manager as needed, ensuring audits and procedures are up to date. A flexible approach to hours is required, with a focus on keeping the team motivated and performing at their best.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and motivating a team.
• Ability to stand in for Store Manager when required.
• Customer service orientation with emphasis on health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager
• Lead by example to ensure all store standards, including customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene, are maintained
• Update and maintain store audits and administrative procedures
