Job summary

James-Hall- is seeking a part-time Supervisory employee to manage store operations across 24 hours per week. Shifts run 6:45AM-15:15 or 14:45-22:15, with the responsibility to support the Store Manager and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, and adaptable, with a focus on health & safety and food hygiene standards, and the ability to maintain audits and administrative procedures in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
• Ensure store standards, including customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene, are maintained.
• Update store audits and administrative procedures.
