Job summary

TOAST is seeking a Store Supervisor in the United Kingdom to oversee day-to-day store operations, drive performance, and ensure stock and display standards meet brand expectations.

The role requires leading the team, delivering excellent service, maintaining a safe working environment and contributing to visual merchandising and store performance. A proactive approach to training and development is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of store sales, payroll and stock management KPIs
• Support management of all other costs within agreed budgets
• Deliver TOAST’s customer service expectations personally and through your team
• Support delivery of TOAST’s brand visual standards
• Assist the Store Manager in commercially managing stock to maximise potential
• Provide feedback on stock performance to key stakeholders
• Ensure a safe and orderly back-of-house operation to support trading
