Job summary

Seasalt in Totnes is seeking a Supervisor for a 14 hour-per-week permanent contract. You will lead the Sales Advisor team, drive omni-channel selling, and support store leadership to achieve sales, profitability and KPIs.

The role requires strong customer service, coaching ability, and adaptability. You will help with stock, loss prevention, safety and store operations, while acting as a key-holder when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in creating a service culture that puts the customer first.
• Guide Sales Advisor team on omni-channel selling and add-ons to drive sales.
• Support store leadership with driving sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
• Implement store visuals and maximise commercial opportunities using product and bestseller data.
• Train Sales Advisors on brand, products, design inspiration and services.
• Communicate store performance to management and stakeholders, flag risks and opportunities.
• Assist Store Manager with stock, loss prevention, health & safety and store operations.
• Act as a key-holder and run the store when required.
