Job summary

Seasalt is seeking a Supervisor to join the Cirencester team on a 16 hour permanent contract. You will support the management team in creating a service culture focused on the customer, lead the Sales Advisor team, and drive store sales and KPI achievement.

Responsibilities include training, visual merchandising, stock management, and operating as a key-holder. The role requires a proactive leader who can adapt to changing conditions and uphold Seasalt’s values.

Qualifications

• Coaching will come naturally; lead by example with product knowledge and customer service.
• Adaptable and resilient attitude; handle change well and provide feedback to the team.
• Strong drive to achieve KPIs and drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the store leadership team to drive sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
• Guide the Sales Advisor team; promote omni-channel selling and add-on purchases.
• Implement store visuals, window standards, and use product/bestseller data to maximise opportunities.
• Train the Sales Advisor team on brand, products, and services; maintain store operations and stock control.
• Communicate store performance to management and stakeholders, flag risks and opportunities.
• Act as a key-holder and assist with running the store during shifts as required.
• Ensure health and safety, GDPR, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures are followed.
