Job summary

Seasalt is seeking a Supervisory leader for our Ilkley store on a 16-hour permanent contract. You will support the management team in delivering exceptional customer service, guide the Sales Advisor team, and help drive store profitability and KPI achievement.

In this role you will manage stock and loss prevention, lead visual merchandising, and train staff on our brand and products. You will be a key-holder responsible for running the store when required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail sales team.
• Strong customer service skills and coaching ability.
• KPI driven with a focus on sales and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in creating a service culture focused on the customer.
• Guide the Sales Advisor team to drive sales and omni-channel opportunities.
• Support store leadership with driving sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
• Lead visual merchandising and stock processes, ensuring standards.
• Train Sales Advisors on brand knowledge, products and services.
• Communicate store performance to management and stakeholders, flag risks and opportunities.
• Act as key-holder and support store operations including health & safety, cash handling.
