Seasalt is recruiting a Store Manager for the Penzance team on a 35 hour permanent contract. You will lead the store with focus on exceptional service, training and development of your team to deliver strong commercial results.

You will drive sales, manage stock and KPI performance while maintaining Seasalt’s standards in visual merchandising and customer experience. This role offers a rewarding opportunity in a growing UK lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a retail team with KPI achievement.
• Ability to coach and develop staff through formative feedback and development plans.
• Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and store standards.
• Experience managing stock, loss prevention, and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the store team to drive performance.
• Create a service culture focused on putting the customer first.
• Drive sales through omni-channel opportunities and add-on purchases.
• Manage store operations: stock, loss prevention, safety, GDPR, and cash handling.
• Recruit and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Monitor KPI results and communicate performance to stakeholders.
