Job summary

Saltrock Kendal is seeking a Retail Supervisor on a 32-hour contract to support the Store Manager and lead a small team in delivering an engaging in-store experience. You will help drive KPI achievement, motivate staff, and ensure top-notch customer service in a coastal lifestyle brand environment.

You’ll oversee visual merchandising, stock, and daily store operations while maintaining a welcoming, safe shopping space for customers in Kendal. Prior retail experience is essential.

• Experience in guiding and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and help to achieve store KPI’s by supporting the Store Manager to drive performance.
• Motivate teams to deliver exceptional service, maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of team members.
• Help achieve sales targets by promoting products and brand.
• Visual merchandising in line with Brand guidelines.
• Maintain a positive in-store environment and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep store clean and safe for customers and staff.
• Provide customers with information about product features and stock availability.
• Assist with markdowns and price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep products tidy and stocked, replenishing as needed.
• Process deliveries promptly.
