Job summary

Saltrock Kendal is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our in-store team on a 32-hour contract. You will work with an energetic team, delivering an excellent customer experience and driving store performance.

You will support the Store Manager, motivate staff, and help with training and development while ensuring brand standards and visual merchandising are upheld. Join us to be part of a coastal lifestyle brand with passion for people and product.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to support store KPI achievement and sales targets.
• Experience or interest in training and development of team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and help to achieve store KPI’s by supporting the Store Manager.
• Motivate teams to deliver exceptional service and maximise sales opportunities.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of team members.
• Assist in achieving sales targets with product and brand passion during transactions.
• Merchandise visuals in line with brand guidelines.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere and positive customer experience.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for a healthy, safe store.
• Provide product information including features and stock availability.
• Assist with markdown/price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep product tidy and replenished as needed.
• Process deliveries promptly.
