• Experience in a supervisor or key holding role.
• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be a true brand ambassador, supporting the store and team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and upholding Accessorize values.
• Generate profit by exceeding KPIs and driving sales.
• Keep the team motivated, knowledgeable and focused on excellence.
• Maximise commercial opportunities and implement Visual Merchandising to a high standard.
• Promote and deliver piercing in store with the team.
• Be flexible to support other stores and colleagues to achieve common goals.
