Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize is seeking an experienced Part Time Supervisor for our Whiteley Fareham store. You will lead by example, deliver exceptional customer service and drive store performance while upholding Accessorize values.

The role requires a customer-focused approach, resilience and strong communication skills. You will support the management team, promote our brands, and help create a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment for all customers and staff.
