Qualifications

• Experience in team lead or management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a great in-store experience for customers.
• Work across all areas of the store and with colleagues, acting as the go-to for daily queries.
• Build positive, inclusive relationships to help colleagues perform at their best.
• Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
• Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt to change.
• Coach colleagues, provide feedback and model great service.
• Stay curious and look for ways to better serve customers and the community.
