Tesco PLC is hiring a Shift Lead to support store operations across UK locations. You will lead the team to deliver a great customer experience, work across departments and act as the go-to person for day-to-day queries.

You'll coach colleagues, communicate clearly, and step in during the Store Manager's absence. Flexible hours, minimum 16 hours per week, and a range of employee benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a team lead or management role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to meet customers' needs.
• Excellent communication and leadership to motivate the team.
