Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise daily store operations, guide a team across departments, and ensure a great customer experience.

You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day queries, coach colleagues, and lead the store in the Manager’s absence. Hours are scheduled within availability windows, with a minimum 16 hours per week and pay from £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in certain locations.

Qualifications

• Be over 18 years old.
• Experience in a team lead/management role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong service mindset and ability to meet customer needs.
• Build positive, inclusive relationships within the team.
• Clear communicator using multiple methods to keep the team informed.
• Natural leader who motivates and delivers results.
