Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead role in the United Kingdom offers hands-on responsibility for a busy store, leading the team to deliver great customer experiences and smooth daily operations.

You will be scheduled for a minimum of 16 hours a week (with 12-hour roles available in some stores) and will be paid at start rate of £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in some locations within the M25. Flexibility and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old is required.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and meeting customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a great customer experience in-store.
• Collaborate across store areas and with colleagues; be the go-to person for day-to-day operations.
• Build positive, inclusive relationships to support team performance.
• Lead the store in the Manager’s absence with confident, balanced decisions.
