Job summary

Company Shop Renfrew is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to manage daily store operations on shift and lead colleagues to deliver strong performance and a positive member experience.

You will be responsible for opening/ closing, replenishment, cash handling, and ensuring adherence to food safety and health & safety standards. The role requires flexibility across early/late shifts and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or team-leader role within a retail environment.
• Food Safety Level 1 qualification, or willingness to obtain as part of the role.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
