Job summary

River Island Swindon is seeking an energetic Product Team Leader to inspire and develop the store team, deliver excellent customer journeys and maintain high operational standards. You will lead product handling and ensure outstanding visual execution to enhance the customer experience.

You will support the Product/Commercial Manager, coaching staff and managing daily operations while driving sales and KPI performance in a busy retail environment.

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great product placement and customers’ visual experience.
• Maintain high visual standards and customer journey.
• Duty-manage across service, people and operations.
• Support the Product Manager in empowering store teams.
• Drive store KPIs including sales, stock loss, and conversion.
