Job summary

River Island Clothing Co., Ltd. in Luton is seeking a Product Team Leader to lead, inspire and empower the store team. You will drive exceptional product handling, visual execution and customer service to deliver a standout journey.

You will support the Product Manager and develop the team to achieve strong store performance. The role requires previous retail experience (supervisor preferred), excellent communication, and a passion for fashion trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably in a supervisor role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about fashion and trends.
• Motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great product placement and ‘wow’ wearable outfits.
• Consistently deliver strong visual standards with the customer journey at the forefront.
• Duty manage in all areas of store operation: service, people, and operations.
• Support the Commercial / Product Manager in empowering the team to deliver for the customer.
• Understand commercial tools and how to use them to drive actions.
• Drive store KPIs: sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion and RFID.
• Support store operations, including health & safety compliance.
• Develop the store team to deliver a high performing, motivated and valued team.
