Job summary

ASDA is seeking an Operations Manager in Small Heath to drive store execution, improve availability, control waste and manage shrink across Ambient, Fresh, and George departments in a large-format store.

You will lead and coach store managers, embed routines, prioritise improvements, and deliver excellent customer service with heart and pride. The role is full-time, permanent, 45 hours per week, with day shifts.
