Job summary

Asda Barnes Hill is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive store execution, optimise availability, reduce waste and shrink, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will review processes, coach managers, and embed routines across Ambient, Fresh, George and General Merchandising in our large format stores, building a high-performance culture with heart and pride.

Qualifications

Execution and result-focused approach with resilience and accountability.
Understanding of availability, waste and shrink impact on performance.
Ability to lead, coach and develop store teams to high standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent execution across the store and embed routines that improve availability, waste and shrink.
Review store processes to deliver strong metrics and KRAs for availability, waste and shrink.
Lead and coach store managers and teams to deliver ambient, fresh, George and General Merchandising standards.
Manage wage control and contract base management while ensuring compliance and lawful operations.
Foster a culture of service with heart, accountability and collaboration on the shop floor.
