Job summary

Asda is seeking an Operations Manager at Donnington Wood to lead store execution and coach a team of managers for outstanding customer service. You will embed routines to maintain high availability, reduce waste and shrink, while ensuring standards across Ambient and Fresh departments and George/GM in large-format stores.

You will lead with heart, recognise effort and create an environment where colleagues feel valued and empowered to perform.
