Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Small Heath is seeking an Operations Manager to deliver excellent execution across the store and embed routines that improve availability, waste and shrink. You’ll review store processes to set KRAs and drive performance across Ambient and Fresh, George and General Merchandising in our large format stores.

You will lead with heart, coach managers and teams, and foster an environment where people feel valued and motivated.
