Job summary

ASDA is seeking an Operations Manager in the UK to drive execution across the store, embedding routines to deliver availability, waste control and shrink reductions. You will lead and coach managers and teams to uphold high standards across Ambient, Fresh, George, and General Merchandising in large-format stores.

You will cultivate a culture of accountability, heart, and collaboration, prioritising customer experience, coaching through questions and owning outcomes with data-driven decision

Qualifications

Experience managing diverse teams in a large-format retail environment with energy and pace.
Strong understanding of how availability, waste and shrink impact performance.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations to deliver excellence in Ambient and Fresh departments, and across George and General Merchandising in large-format stores.
Coach and develop store managers to improve routines, processes, and customer service.
Deliver audits and actions to improve availability and reduce waste and shrink.
Drive the store selling agenda with strong coaching and ownership across teams.
