Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Thurmaston is seeking an Operations Manager to drive store execution, optimise availability, reduce waste and shrink across Ambient and Fresh departments, and lead George and General Merchandising in our large format store.

You will coach and develop managers, embed routines, monitor KPIs, and create a customer-focused environment with heart and pride while delivering the store's selling agenda.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering store-level results with a focus on availability, waste and shrink.
• Ability to translate data and KPIs into action plans that improve store performance.
• Strong leadership to coach and develop multiple teams and managers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent execution across the store and embed routines that improve availability, waste and shrink.
• Review store processes to meet metrics and KRAs for availability, waste and shrink.
• Lead and coach managers and teams to uphold store standards across Ambient, Fresh, George and General Merchandising.
