Job summary

Asda is seeking an Operations Manager for St Matthews to drive store execution across Ambient and Fresh, plus George and General Merchandising in a large-format setting. You will embed routines that improve availability, reduce waste, and control costs while coaching the store leadership team.

You will review processes, set KRAs and KPIs, and lead with a data-driven, people-first approach to deliver strong store metrics and customer outcomes every day.

• Coach store managers to deliver excellent standards on the shop floor.
• Prioritise and delegate to ensure promotions are delivered on time.
• Drive a customer-focused selling agenda with data-driven decisions.
