Job summary

Asda Kirkton is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the supermarket, planning and executing trading activity across departments while ensuring safety and legality for customers and colleagues.

You will lead the shrink agenda, drive standards, and work with the Store Manager to deliver a brilliant shopping experience and create a great place to work. The role requires leadership experience, strong organisational skills and flexibility to workdays, weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in grocery retail.
• Ability to plan and execute trading activity and stock availability.
• Understanding HR policies and ER cases.
