Job summary

Asda in West Scotland is seeking a General Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations across key departments, maximise availability, minimise waste and drive compliant, safe store performance.

You'll work with the Operations Manager and department managers to deliver consistent standards, improve delivery flow and stock routines while coaching a large team to achieve excellence with heart and pride.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning strategy and execution of day-to-day store operations across key departments (Non-Food, Online and Customer).
• Maximise product availability and minimise waste and shrink while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Work with the Operations Manager and department managers to deliver consistent standards and drive productivity.
• Improve delivery flow, stock routines and overall store performance through coaching and process improvements.
• Foster a culture of service, heart and pride, empowering team members and recognising initiative.
