ASDA Dover is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations across all store departments, ensuring top availability and efficient execution. You will coach a diverse team to uphold standards, drive productivity, and maintain a safe, compliant shopping environment for customers.

You will champion inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, and a data-driven approach while building a culture of heart-led leadership and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or Duty Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong operational knowledge across food and non-food departments.
• Track record of improving availability, reducing waste and managing shrink.
• Proven ability to develop teams and manage change through leadership and resilience.
• Experience managing complex ER cases and knowledge of HR policies.
• Strong organisational skills and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, strategy, and execution of day-to-day operations across key departments.
• Maximise product availability while minimising waste and shrink; ensure safe, compliant store operations.
