Sainsbury's is seeking a customer experience-focused manager to lead daily store operations in Milton Keynes. You will drive service excellence across checkout, front-of-house, and back-of-house while coaching teams to perform at high levels.

As a store leader, you will manage performance, scheduling, and payroll accuracy, ensuring consistent delivery of our customer commitments and KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading teams in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.
• Strong obsession with customer service and coaching teams to raise standards.
• Experience delivering against KPIs across sales, stock, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end store customer experience from checkout to back-of-house.
• Lead front-end checkout and ensure service standards meet expectations.
• Oversee store operations and petrol station (if applicable).
• Manage performance, scheduling, disciplinaries and payroll accuracy.
