Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Store Manager for Babury Stroud, Drive Thru, to lead operations with passion and a customer-first approach. You’ll own sales, people development and store performance while upholding Costa’s brand values and standards.

In return you’ll benefit from a competitive salary up to £38,000 per year, plus a Coca-Cola share scheme, 50% staff discount, a matched pension up to 10% and a bonus potential of up to £10,000 depending on store results.
