Job summary

Arc’teryx Equipment is seeking a Store Manager to lead a talented team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee all store operations, from team development to financial performance and inventory management, while building strong community connections.

You’ll lead from the floor, drive profitability, manage budgets and coach staff to reach peak performance, with a focus on merchandising, guest service and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail management, ideally premium/outdoor brands.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and expense-control skills.
• Fluent in English and local language; customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive store team.
• Manage guest experiences and ensure exceptional service on the floor.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting and store profitability.
• Lead visual merchandising and product storytelling to boost sales.
• Build community partnerships with local organizations and influencers.
• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, inventory and brand compliance.
