Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Lead to join our store leadership across Europe. You’ll work with the Assistant and Store Manager, guiding Product Guides and driving guest experience, product, people, and operations.

You’ll lead on-floor five days a week, coach teammates, manage inventory, and contribute to a lively outdoor lifestyle. Strong leadership, service mindset, and flexibility for peak retail periods are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership and retail experience.
• Guest-centric mindset with passion for exceptional service.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and another local language (e.g., German) is essential.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Purpose: embodying Vision, Purpose and Values on every shift.
• Elevate the Guest Experience: coach Product Guides and lead from the floor five days a week.
• Drive the Business Forward: oversee store pillars including inventory, merchandising and daily ops.
• Build Community & Connection: share brand stories and event details with guests and teammates.
• Communicate & Collaborate: keep team aligned with updates and store procedures.
• Operate with Excellence: manage transactions, open/close, and budgets.
