Job summary

GO Outdoors is seeking a Store Manager to take full ownership of store performance, culture, and daily execution. You will lead a high-energy team, coach colleagues and ensure premium customer experiences while upholding operational and visual standards.

You will use real-time performance insights to drive commercial decisions, manage product availability, and develop talent through structured feedback and clear progression paths to build future leaders in a fast-moving outdoor retail

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management and leading teams.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret performance data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
