You will lead on the floor, drive visual merchandising, manage inventory, and collaborate with regional teams to bring the brand story to life. Experience in premium outdoor brands and fluency in English and the local language are valued. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in retail management, ideally in premium, outdoor or sports lifestyle brands.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, expense control and profitability mindset.
• Guest-centric mindset with focus on service, storytelling and community engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and store operations (scheduling, inventory, visuals).
• Fluency in English and the local language is essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead from the floor at least 80% of your week, modeling best-in-class service.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; provide coaching and feedback.
• Drive store profitability through budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Own product and inventory management; lead visual merchandising and storytelling.
• Build partnerships with local communities, ambassadors and influencers to raise brand awareness.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, labor planning, inventory and brand compliance.
