Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Scotland Braehead location. You will lead staffing, training, and retention of both part-time and full-time staff, while ensuring top-tier customer service and adherence to brand standards.

You will manage operations across salesfloor and stockroom, coach for product knowledge, recruit and develop talent, and oversee payroll, inventory, and omni-channel activities with a focus on driving sales and a superior store experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
• Proven results in assessing and developing talent
• Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail & multi-tasking
• Self-motivated with initiative

Responsibilities

• Oversee all salesfloor and stockroom operations and drive customer service excellence
• Coach staff to demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales
• Ensure visual displays align with Brand direction
• Recruit, hire and train management and non-management associates
• Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll processes
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, stockroom and OMNI Channel operations
• Analyze reports to support decision making
• Protect store assets and maintain store
• Open/close routines and POS operations
