Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager to run a store with an entrepreneurial spirit, prioritising customers, colleagues and local communities. You will lead and develop a team, deliver excellent customer service, and manage recruitment, training and performance to drive local store success.

Hours vary with demand, including early mornings, late nights and weekends. You may undergo a post office-related check where applicable as part of employment, with the verification process mandatory before

Qualificações

• Experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments such as retail, convenience or hospitality.
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire to create a strong team culture.
• Ability to influence and consider different perspectives to drive improvements.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and support the team to hit store objectives.
• Resilience and problem-solving under pressure.
