Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a Store Manager for our Waterloo store. You will lead the store to success by boosting sales, motivating your team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role is described as a flexible contract with a fixed weekly hour count, and we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will bring enthusiasm, positivity and a customer-first mindset, manage progress meetings, set SMART goals, and uphold OB standards.

• Analyse reports to measure store performance
• Work with KPIs to identify development areas

• Deliver great customer service and ensure service standards
• Ensure store adheres to OB operational standards
• Maintain an approachable yet authoritative communication style
