Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is opening a new Eastbourne store and seeks a Store Manager to lead the team, boost sales, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will report to the Area Manager, inspiring enthusiasm, positivity and joyful service while aligning store objectives with wider OB standards.

The role calls for strong team leadership, keen commercial sense, and a proactive mindset to identify development opportunities and deliver results in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management and leading a retail team.
• Proven ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Ambition to learn and grow within the OB brand.

Responsibilities

• Analyse reports to measure store and team success.
• Work with KPIs to evaluate performance and development areas.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all team members.
• Conduct progress meetings and appraisals with SMART goals.
• Communicate development/training needs to Area Manager and People Advisor.
• Deliver a great customer experience and uphold service standards.
• Ensure the team adheres to OB operational standards.
