Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Blackheath store, drive sales and motivate the team. You will report to the Area Manager, bringing enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset to every shift.

The role offers flexible hours across a variety of days with conversations possible about flexible working. You’ll empower your team, manage progress, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while upholding OB standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management and leading store staff.
• Strong customer service mindset with a warm, inclusive approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; able to multi-task.
• Commercial awareness and a drive to meet sales targets.
• Ambition and resourcefulness with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Analyse reports to measure store and team performance.
• Work with KPIs to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all team members.
• Conduct progress meetings and set SMART goals.
• Flag development or training needs to Area Manager and People Advisor.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and uphold service standards.
• Ensure the team adheres to OB operational standards.
• Communicate in an approachable yet authoritative manner consistent with OB tone.
