Oliver Bonas in Whiteley is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team at our new opening. You will drive sales, set the example in customer service, and ensure the store operates smoothly across shifts.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will analyse store performance, coach colleagues, and deliver OB standards every day. This role offers flexible hours and a lively, inclusive environment with generous staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team and driving performance.

Responsabilités

• Analyse a variety of reports to measure the store and team performance.
• Work with KPIs to evaluate store performance and identify development areas.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all team members and align personal and store objectives.
• Conduct progress meetings and appraisals, setting SMART goals.
• Communicate development and training needs to Area Manager and People Advisor.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and uphold service standards.
• Ensure the team adheres to OB operational standards.
