Job summary

Your Recruitment Coach Ltd is seeking a Store Manager to take overall responsibility for day-to-day store operations in Surrey. You will lead a small sales team, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service and store presentation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong people management, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while delivering results in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Retail Manager or Store Manager.
• Proven experience managing and motivating a team.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing, motivating and developing a small retail sales team.
• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store.
• Driving sales performance and achieving business targets.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term customer relationships.
• Welcoming customers and understanding their individual requirements.
• Providing product advice and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Managing quotations, orders, payments and deliveries.
• Ensuring the store is presented to the highest possible standard.
• Managing staff rotas, appointments and daily operational requirements.
• Handling customer queries, complaints and after-sales issues professionally.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the CRM system.
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve store performance.
