Job summary

Topps Tiles, the UK’s leading tile retailer, is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, profit and exceptional store standards. You’ll lead a team, coach and develop staff, and deliver a customer‑obsessed shopping experience across our store footprint.

You’ll take full P&L ownership, identify opportunities, and use the Topps Sales Framework to close sales and build loyalty with both trade and retail customers. Competitive salary and progression opportunities await.

• Experience leading store teams and achieving sales targets with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong communication and people leadership, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Retail knowledge with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach the store team to maintain a high-performance culture with great service and strong sales behaviours.
• Take full accountability for the store's commercial results, identify opportunities, drive sales and hit trade/retail targets.
• Use the Topps Sales Framework to provide a consultative, customer-first approach that uncovers needs and closes sales.
• Develop team through coaching and feedback, helping them excel in customer conversations and deliver outstanding results.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, modelling exceptional selling and service, and motivate the team through actions.
• Maintain exceptional operational standards to ensure the store runs safely and presents an outstanding experience.
